Terry Wallace plans to see out Richmond contract.

Terry Wallace's coaching contract ends at the conclusion of the Richmond season this year. What everyone has been wondering is "Terry Wallace dead man walking?"

You would almost have to think so, Everyone at the Richmond Football Club were talking finals at the start of the season from president Gary March to Kevin Sheedy not to mention the finals starved members.

The chance of the Tigers now making the finals is almost zero but Terry Wallace while speaking with Herald Sun chief football writer Mike Sheahan said he expects to be coaching the Tigers in round 22.

Wallace will be going in to see the Richmond board I am guessing to plead his case on Tuesday night to let him finish off what he started 5 years ago, by seeing out the season.

I really have no problem with Terry finishing out the season I think he is a solid coach but could not get the best out of the group he has but at the same time he has suffered with injuries to some key players this season and the Tigers do not have the depth to cover for any loss to the best 22.

I guess we will see how Terry goes with the board on Tuesday night, I would not expect anything much to change.
