Damien Hardwick says he won't shy away from making the hard decisions when it comes to the Tigers' list....
We will see, the big problem Richmond has as I see it is we can only turn over so many players per year.
The over 30's will have to be the first looked at with under performing players next.
Hardwick has left Hawthorn where he was an assistant coach, but Jade Rawlings will continue as Richmond's caretaker coach for this week's game against West Coast in Subiaco.
From Monday it is Hardwick's job, I hope he knows what he is in for.
